Apr. 13th, 2016 04:33 pmHi there!! If you're reading this then I'm guessing you got me as your hqhols assignment. I promise you that I'm not a very picky person, and I'll be happy with whatever you write/draw!
You probably already know this, but here are the ships that I've requested (in no particular order):
✩ Iwaizumi Hajime/Oikawa Tooru
✩ Kuroo Tetsurou/Yaku Morisuke
✩ Michimiya Yui/Sawamura Daichi
✩ Ennoshita Chikara/Nishinoya Yuu
✩ Akaashi Keiji/Ennoshita Chikara
✩ Oikawa Tooru/Sawamura Daichi
Please feel free to make these as gen or as shippy as you like! Whatever you're most comfortable with, really. Although these are all pairings that I ship romantically, you're free to take this in any direction you'd like and if you want them to be friends that's cool, lovers are cool, mutual and/or unreciprocated pining is cool. If you're wondering about background ships, I'm probably fine with it (I do not ship Terushima/anyone or Daishou/anyone - ok to have as background characters, just not shippy, please). I have a list of my (main) Haikyuu!! ships here, or you could just send me an anonymous ask if you're not sure :)
Like I said before, I'm not really picky, so I don't have any really specific requests regarding AUs or prompts or anything. But!! I don't want to just like. Make you play some sort of guessing game or anything, so here's a couple of lists -

✔ romantic comedies (this includes romcom movie AUs)

✔ mythology/history (just not western mythology/history, please)
✔ fics that feature texts, emails, letters, notes, etc.
✔ cheesy ass love confessions
✔ time travel
✔ anything domestic (for all i know they could be arguing on curtains for their apartment idc)
✔ soulmates (soulmark, red string of fate, timer, anything)
✔ baseball AUs
✔ honestly i love AUs
✔ if it's sappy then i'll probably love it
Things I'd really rather not see:
✘ any sort of adult/minor
✘ any sort of noncon/dubcon
✘ omegaverse
✘ kidfics
✘ marriage fics
✘ character death (even minor character - if it's mentioned in passing that's ok but in general pls avoid)
✘ angst with no resolution
✘ westernization (i.e. greek mythology au, or if you made, say, a the decoy bride AU and stuck it in scotland when you could simply put it in rural japan)
✘ making the characters anything but japanese
✘ needlessly antagonizing another character for the sake of a ship etc. (ok for characters to not get along, but no bashing character C for showing interest in character A when characters A and B are together etc.)
✘ mom/dad/heteronormative roles/"brooo"/"trash"/anything along those lines
✘ zombies, ghosts, anything dead/undead
✘ any sort of plot where it's reliant on deception/infidelity (miscommunications are ok - just nothing intentional)
✘ no non-canon gender changes, please
Regarding ratings/sexual content: I'm ok with you including sexual content in a fic as long as it's within the context of an actual plot. So yeah - no PWP, please. Also, please refrain from explicit sexual content if the characters are not aged-up (I realize that the Japanese laws regarding consent are different than the USA's; however, please keep smut out if the characters are still in high school). Non-explicit is ok if the context allows. If you do decide to include sexual content, I'd prefer it to be on the less kinky side but really the only things that matter are a) consent, and b) age. Aside from that, do whatever you're most comfortable with. I'm a-okay with nothing sexual-related at all, if that's what you're comfy with.
